"Another great experience with one of Brandon's crew today! Jarin was helpful, patient and throughly explained every answer to every question I had while verifying and updating my policies. This is something they do about once a year for their customers. I love they do this because life gets busy and we forget to update some of the things that matter. Today i found out i forgot to update my name on my policy when i got married, oops! Jarin got it handled for me extremely fast and super easy. This is the typically service you get here as stated in my previous review below. 10/10 very highly recommend!! Great insurance company to do business with. "Amazing service, we have been treated so nicely and fairly for years, this month my daughter turns 16 and we tried the on-line buy process and Jorji has helped us with 2 different lemons we bought and had to add and remove from our insurance in the last week. Now it's time to go the traditional route and go to a car lot. Then we will have to add it as well. "Can't say enough good about my experience with K.J. and this new State Farm office in Lincoln. The service was excellent. The staff is on their game. My Auto policy went down in price fifty percent for the same coverage. My home insurance policy now has more coverage while still being the same price as before. All together wound up saving around a 1000 dollars a year. Go see K.J. and put some money back in your pocket."
